Microaggressions

Today I am going to talk about microaggressions.

"microaggression" has some types such as race, gender, and more.

It is often seen in daily life. For example, regarding to race, Japanese people treat people in Brazil are good at soccer. Also regarding to gender, people in japan think a man who likes eating sweets is said, the man is like a girl.

Basically I don't feel it is microaggressions so much, but many people feel like being discriminated. 

We need to have wide perspectives about race and gender not to do microaggressions. The understanding of them has been spreading now but in Japan, it doesn't tend to spread. So we should not have gender perspective and look down people.
